ok so i bought the PRO COMPLEX GAINER from GNC and i think it's good. I've gained weight from 66kg to 67kg in like 4 days i think. Not bad huh?

Hopefully i dont get too fat or big. First night i took it, i took the recomened amount they put on the container and my head and body felt like it was on fire. OMG man... i was sweating a little coz of it . so the next day i took half of the recomended amount and i was fine.

It's tastes like a mixture of diluted milk and diluted chocolate( i took chocolate flavoured)
TASTES BAD. But i am used to it now

So today i went to watch Ocean's 13 and it is really a smart show. But i think 11 and 12 were better. DEFINITELY NOT THE BLOCKBUSTER OF tHE SUMMER!

Saw Wei yen , keefe and azuri( i dont know the names of the rest but i do know they are from our school) bowling today. Azuri is really good now. Keefe's the same and Wei yen is not bad. haha

Protein SHAKES!!!!

Ok so i bought 2, 10kg weights to add on to my pole, bar.. watever u call tht thing. Ya and i felt more strain this time when lifting.
Anyway, mum wants me to get buff, quicker, so tmr i am going to buy protein shakes. Anyone who has any knowledge about this kind of product, please let me know.

U know wat, this holiday is boring. I havent been doing much. . . plus the peopel tht i want to out with arent here.

Like today i wanted to go out shopping , so i asked my mum whether i could go. She said i could only if i had someone to follow me. So i think i asked John, Trixie, Leena, Charles, Ch'n wen, Gui fen and a few more people and guess wat .... They were either abroad or was busy or LazY!!!!

Omg man.... now i am cooped up in my house. Nothing to do and it's raining so no astro . Read all the comics.Read all the mags...SOMEONE SAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
WAit maybe there is a reason why i am at home... maybe it isnt safe for me to go out today... hmm... maybe...

You know i watched the inconvenient truth tht day and Algore said something tht inspired me...

I think he is damn right. We all know this , why don't we start doing our rubbish and stop all our self -centered and/or negative actions and do the right thing.

By the way , tht was a hell of a good movie/ documentary. I think everyone should watch it.

Well i miss Emeera now, she's on a holiday. :( Emeera makes such a good friend.

I made a mistake tht day... I said my feelings to a girl without thinking. After tht i really regretted... I not only embarrassed myself... I made myself seem desperate which i am NOT!Plus she didnt even reply , which made it worse.

Actually i am not like tht ... maybe it was in the spur of the moment kind of thing.

Anyway this made me think tht we must all compose ourselves regardless of the situation . We should think of the possibilities of the outcomes of our actions and comtemplate whether they are beneficial , too risky or negative.

You know i honestly think tht Wui Yang make a fantastic role model not only for small kids , but for all of us. Well , i dont even need to expalin why, it's so obvious. He has so much potential in teh future.

ok this is my 2nd post for today

I went out today with Ruyee, Lucas, Auntie jia lik and Amanda ooi. We watched pirates of the carribean.
Well i gotta say i wasnt as good as the previous 2 movies but it is still very good .
Good special effects and johnny depp still has the ability to make people laugh with his unique style of comedy.
After the movie we went bowling and played pool.
had loads of fun.
tmr is est and ict exam . If anyone fails... haha... i dunno wat to say . Anyway... too sleepy to write down any thing else.

My friend Emeera,
She's a gem.
Can't imagine anyone not wanting to be her friend,
Now let me decribe to you
how much of a gem she is man.

Emeera's five foot five
doesn't have very long hair
but has nice black eyes
doesnt have bad skin
and habits of the bad type
oh and plus i think she has a nice friendly smile

When I first met her in 2006.
I wonder what she thought of me then ,
back then she was looking pretty sick,
but i am glad she has gone through that bit.

One year later , in 2007
I guess something related to fate happened.
Don't know how exactly did our friendship begin,
But i know i won't regret,
and our good friendship will not end.

Emeera's a smart girl ,
there is no doubt,
Say she wants to be a scientist,
yeah, she'll make it , if she tries it out.

IMPORTANT EXAMS OVER!!!!!!!!!!

OK Add math and chem was hard.Glad it's over.I am getting the feeling tht i wont be scoring well though. NVM this is a good lesson for me.

Anyway, my friend copied wat i did on my first post! He already had a blog, he made a new one and put a poem as his first post, well nvm, i am just going to take it as a compliment. I didn't think tht by me doing tht i would inspire others to do the same.

I know it is impossible , but i think tht i will be failing moral.
HAHA, so does this make me a super honest person?
Y do we even have to do moral? Can't they have a class where they just give u situations and ask u for solutions and make ur mind think instead of memorising values tht u aren't going to recall and write down when ur in a situation? And how can our moral be tested on a piece of paper? it is so DUMB
